The brand launch was a vibrant celebration, uniting the industry to mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter. It proudly unveiled the dynamic joint venture between Enel Green Power and INPEX – Potentia Energy, showcasing their bold new brand identity and shared vision for the future.
Event Specifications
- Event Budget: managed one main budget including clients’ direct charges and all supplier charges across the event.
- Critical Path: ensuring deadlines were met and cancellation penalties were avoided or reduced where applicable.
- Supplier Management: close communication with suppliers to ensure all suppliers meet deadlines and deliver top quality services.
- On-Site Event Management: entire event was staffed and operated by The Event Gap. The Event Gap staff were visible and available from supplier bump in until event conclusion and all attendees left.

Program Highlights
A standout moment for Potentia Energy was seamlessly blending the unique cultures of its parent companies into the event’s entertainment and catering. As guests arrived, they were welcomed with Aperol Spritz and Yuzu Spritz, honouring the Italian and Japanese cultures of INPEX and Enel Green Power. Guests enjoyed culturally rich entertainment, including a heartfelt Welcome To Country, powerful Taiko Drummers, and even an Opera Singer who brought the event to a memorable close.
Challenges Overcome
Due to the global nature of the brand launch, a key representative faced a delay in receiving their visa in time for travel to Sydney, Australia. To mitigate this issue and ensure the speech could still be delivered, we arranged for the representative to record and submit a video, which was played in their absence. The video was received shortly before the event’s commencement and was tested in collaboration with the Sydney Opera House AV team.
